Is there a free trial?

How do I get started?

Simply create an account on our web app, choose a plan, and start adding your animals. You can add them individually or bulk import from a CSV spreadsheet.

Do I need any special equipment?

No special equipment is needed. HerdQuarters works on any device with a web browser — phones, tablets, and computers. Native mobile apps are coming soon.

Pricing & Billing

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Paddle. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.

What happens if I exceed my animal limit?

We'll notify you and recommend upgrading to the next plan. Your data is never lost, and you can continue viewing your existing records.

Yes, you can export your records to CSV or PDF at any time. Your data always belongs to you.
