• Animal photos you add (team-plan accounts only, so everyone on the ranch can see them; photos are resized on your device and carry no location, date or camera details). Free accounts keep photos on the device only.

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers

• Paddle.com: Website checkout and payments.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: In-app subscriptions.
• Cloud hosting (DigitalOcean, managed with Laravel Forge): Team sync, for team-plan accounts only. Free accounts store data on the device only.
• Amazon Web Services (S3): Encrypted backup copies of team-plan ranch data, and team-plan animal photos.
• Postmark: Transactional email — verification codes, password reset, and support requests.
• PostHog: Anonymous, opt-out usage analytics in the app only. No identifiers, IP address discarded, and no person profiles.
• Sentry: Crash and error reports from the app and our servers, with email addresses and IP addresses removed.
• Laravel Nightwatch: Server health monitoring (errors, request timing and scheduled jobs). It records an internal account number, never names or email addresses.
• Google Ads: Conversion tracking on this website only, so we can tell which ads bring people here.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

4.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Team photos are kept while the team exists, including while a subscription has lapsed, so resubscribing brings them back. A photo you delete is removed from our storage within minutes, and all of a team's photos are deleted when the team is deleted.

6.2 Cookie Management

This website uses the Google Ads conversion tag, which sets Google cookies so we can tell which ads bring people here. We do not use advertising cookies inside the app, and the app's usage analytics (PostHog) are anonymous and carry no identifiers.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data during international transfers.
